Color & Size

consider colors for your new fav hat & get some sizing info
DARKS
dirt & sweat friendly; wear with reckless abandon.
If you are known to party hard, your hat will end up face down on the dancefloor more often than not! It's just a fact, embrace it. Dark hats won't reveal as much sweat wear and tear.
PASTELS
attention & care required to maintain these beauties.
If you're prone to coffee stains on your white tees, and chili oil on your trousers.. Maybe reconsider choosing a light colored hat. They definitely require more attention and care! Suppose you could say they offer the opportunity for a great patina overtime :)

Sizing Guide

to get a ballpark measurement, you will need a soft measuring tape or string. place it around your head exactly where you tend to wear your hats.

traditionally that would be one inch above eyebrows, and a finger’s width above ears.

wrap around the largest part of your head, snug but not too tight, where forehead and back of head protrude most. then double check! Heads are all different shapes and sizes, aren’t they?! Round, small, big, oval, egg or almond shaped; so hat size is often nuanced. Sizing at S&S tends to run on the small side, so when in doubt size up!
But take it from us, best practice is to bring your cute head in for a fitting

i find that centimeters are more straight forward:

once again, your shape matters a lot too. ie: long oval vs round head. which is why I require an in person fitting to determine those details!
